Welcome Packs

We are able to supply welcome packs for yourself or guests ready for your arrival which is a major asset should you be arriving late or at the weekend. 48 hours notice required

Parts/materials will be supplied and invoiced at cost and a reciept will be supplied

Cot hire

Absolute are able to offer cot hire for a fee of 30€ per visit (Note: no bed linen is supplied)

Locksmiths

Absolute can arrange for a locksmith to visit should a key be broken in the lock or a key being left in the door lock internally preventing entry externally via a spare key. The fee made by the locksmith will have to be paid by the tenant or renter upon entry.

Mid Stay clean:-

We charge per guest for the laundry as we feel it is a fairer way of calculating the total cost to the tenant.
Should only 2 people stay in a three bedroom property then you only pay for laundry for 2 not 6/8 as other companies do.
