Management Fees 2008
Our Annual Fee: Covers the 7 services below throughout a 12 month period.
- Responsible key management.
- Property inspections throughout the year every 10-14 days
- Management team on call 24hours 365 days a year.(See callout charges)
- Basic translations and advice.
- Meet and Greets during office hours.
- Installation of welcome packs.
- Free advertising of your property via our website.

Translation & Administration Service
- Brief translations FOC
- Reading of documents and translating per hour 20 €
- Supplying written translations & letters per hour 20 €
- Service connections (Gas water electric) per service 75 €
- Travelling & translating per hour 35 €
Welcome Packs
We are able to supply welcome packs for yourself or guests ready for your arrival which is a major asset should you be arriving late or at the weekend. 48 hours notice required

Parts/materials will be supplied and invoiced at cost and a reciept will be supplied
Cot hire
Absolute are able to offer cot hire for a fee of 30€ per visit (Note: no bed linen is supplied)
Locksmiths
Absolute can arrange for a locksmith to visit should a key be broken in the lock or a key being left in the door lock internally preventing entry externally via a spare key. The fee made by the locksmith will have to be paid by the tenant or renter upon entry.

Mid Stay clean:-
- Consists of cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms.
- Patios are swept through.
- Any fresh bedding and towels are supplied and dirty linen removed.
We charge per guest for the laundry as we feel it is a fairer way of calculating the total cost to the tenant.
Should only 2 people stay in a three bedroom property then you only pay for laundry for 2 not 6/8 as other companies do.
